Welcome to Jerseys Junk Removal. These Terms of Service govern your use of our junk removal and hauling services within the state of New Jersey. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Jerseys Junk Removal provides debris removal, haul-away, and disposal services. This includes residential cleanouts, commercial debris removal, and storage unit clearance. We reserve the right to refuse any job that poses a safety risk to our crew.
3. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide safe and clear access to all items designated for removal. If our crew arrives and cannot access the items or the property is deemed unsafe, a service fee may be charged.
4. Pricing & Payment
Quotes are based on general volume and weight. Final pricing will be confirmed on-site before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and common digital payments.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not haul hazardous materials. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Chemicals and solvents
- Paints and oils
- Asbestos and lead-based materials
- Medical waste and biohazards
- Explosives or pressurized tanks
6. Disposal & Recycling
We are committed to environmental responsibility. Whenever possible, we donate or recycle items. Once items are removed from your property and loaded onto our trucks, ownership is transferred to Jerseys Junk Removal.
7. Damage & Liability
Our crew takes utmost care during operations. However, Jerseys Junk Removal is not liable for structural damage caused by the removal of oversized items or damage to surfaces during the hauling process if the proximity is narrow or restricted.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a nominal cancellation fee of $35.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
